Tech. degree in Integrated Electronics and Circuits from IIT Delhi, India, in 1997. She is presently she is working as a Professor at NIT Hamirpur HP. Her research interests are Low Power VLSI Design, Interconnect Design, Nano/Microelectronics, Integrated Electronics and Circuits.
